Help us feed families in our community on thanksgiving

At Chosen Behavioral Health , we understand the importance of giving back to the community,   we plan to provide Thanksgiving dinner boxes to families in the community.

We need your help. We are asking for donations of non-perishable items to add to our dinner boxes. Chosen Behavorial Health will provide Turkeys and and other food items. If you can donate, please deliver non perishable food items on or before November 15 during our office hours to our office.
